I’m starting a men’s group in Denver with my colleague Bryce Mathern. Here are the details:

We are looking for eight to ten men who are wanting to improve their relationships and discover more vitality in their lives.

– Explore what it means to be a man in the new millennium
– Develop emotional intelligence skills
– Understand how thoughts, emotions, and sensations influence us as men
– Learn how to communicate more effectively
– Authentically engage with others
– Learn how to be strong while also being vulnerable
– Be a positive role model for younger boys and men
